Our Mission
Nail Admin | About | 04 29th, 2011 | No Comments »

The Nailympics Competition has been the leading international nail competition and has drawn thousands of competitors from over 50 countries worldwide at its various global competition locations. From Los Angeles to London the Nailympics has created an artistic atmosphere where a beginner or seasoned professional can test their skills against the best competitors in the world.

It is our mission to continue to provide a venue for technicians of all skill levels to compete and receive a fair assessment of their skill and at the same time be exposed to international talent to network with & learn from.

We strive to help technicians increase their talent by pushing themselves, knowing that when you compete, the most important person you are competing against is yourself!

We want you to fall in love with the nail industry again by reaching outside your comfort zone and trying something new, something that will make you grow even if it makes you a little uncomfortable. It’s only when we break out of our usual habits & patterns that we can truly grow & learn.
Take the leap! Break out of your comfort zone, interrupt your habits & patterns.
Do it TODAY!

Our History
Nail Admin | About | 04 29th, 2011 | No Comments »

Established in 2001, the original founding members of the Nailympics Competition consisted of IBD (Lee Tomlinson), Too Much Fun (Dianne D’Agnolo & James Johnson) and EZ Flow (David Daniel & Danny Haile).

Since it’s inception, IBD & EZ Flow have both been sold to American International, Inc. and Too Much Fun closed it’s
doors with one of the
owners leaving the industry.

The other owner of Too Much Fun, Dianne D’Agnolo, remained behind the scenes as the Nailympics Competition flourished at it’s venue in London, which (since 2007) has been run on-site by the person Dianne appointed as her head judge, back in 2001, Lysa Comfort.

Dianne appointed Lysa because of Lysa’s experience and skill as much as her passion for the industry & the creation of a impartial global competition platform – the very concepts the Nailympics Competition
was born from.
